Limited Warranty Coverage: HomeStory Doors products are warranted to the original purchasing homeowner for a period of 5 years from the purchase date. The warranty includes any defective workmanship (labor/install) for up to 1 year and 5 years on the material/product. This warranty becomes void if the doors, locksets, or other hardware are removed from the door jamb, hinge, door, etc. This warranty does not apply to damages from improper handling, misuse, alterations, the sticking of adhesive material, cleaning material, or use for any reason than normal use.
Natural wood products many have minor imperfections, blemishes, defects due to the characteristics of natural wood, we cannot guarantee consistencies.
Warranty becomes void if the door is not properly primed or painted according to the manufacturer's specifications. Warranty may not include any professional fees and those fees may be extra. Please check with your specific Homestory Doors dealer as warranties can vary State by State.
